Chinese Government Scholarship-Bilateral Program is established by the Ministry of Education of P.R. China (MOE) in accordance with the cooperation and exchange agreements or consensus reached by the Chinese government and the governments and institutions of other nations to provide both full scholarships and partial scholarships to international undergraduate students, postgraduate students, general scholars and senior scholars.

In General, the application starts from early January to end of April every year. Please consult the dispatching authorities of your home country for the categories available and scholarship application open period.

Beihang University accepts applicants sponsored by Chinese Government Scholarship-Bilateral Program, including undergraduate students, postgraduate students, general scholars and senior scholars. Applicants who want to apply this scholarship to study at Beihang University, please apply to the dispatching authorities of your home country，obtain the recommendation qualification， and execute your application process accordingly by choosing Beihang University as your first target university in the CSC system (http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina). This scholarship is Type A in the CSC system.
