all the expected graduated students in this semester including undergraduates and postgraduates are required to go to room 211 of international school to go through the procedures of leaving school after thesis defense. please fill in the three forms attached. take two 2-inch pictures and two 1-inch pictures. please come to room 208 to get the transcripts if needed. summer vacation will be started on july 2 and graduation certificates can not be obtained exceed the stipulated time.
