二、学生需准备材料：4张2寸白色背景同底板正面免冠证件照片
Please prepare:4 pieces of 2-inch pictures with white background (bareheaded)
三、办理居留许可流程如下：
Residence Permit Application Procedures:
1、9月18日，集体乘车前往体检地点，老师发放空白签证申请表（当场手填），面签及体检
Fill in the Visa Application Form on the site of Physical Examination and complete the physical exam and visa interview onSeptember 18
需携带的材料如下：
(a) 护照原件
(b) 3张上述要求照片
(c) 学生卡
(d) 本国体检记录原件（如有）
(e) 体检费400元
(f) 黑色签字笔
注意事项：
(a) 9月18日11：50准时出发，建议学生提前15分钟上车等候
(b)当天请按照国际学院老师引导
(c)体检报告统一寄回北航国际学院
(d)面签后的手填签证申请表务必妥善保管，于23日办理签证时提交

(d) Physical examination record in home country (if available)
(e) Examination fee (400Yuan RMB)

Remarks:
(a) Departure on time; Arrival at the departure place15 minutes ahead of departure time (11:50, September 18, 2016);
(b) Follow the guidance by the staff of International School.
(c) All the physical examination results will be sent to International School.
(d)Take good care ofVisa Application Form after the visa interview and submit it for Residence Permit application on September 23, 2016.
2、9月23日，取得体检合格证明，办理签证

(d)录取通知书原件
(e)JW201或JW202表原件
(f)临时住宿登记表

(h)到国际学院领取体检健康证明和签证办理通知单，领取地点：国际学院409教室
