Beihang University provides internet services to the faculty, staff and students. All the LAN ports or WIFI inside the campus are automatically connected to the internal network (campus network) of Beihang University.

The campus network service hotline can be reached at 82317005, and it located at G103, New Main Building.

Account

Each of international students will get their own campus network account.

Username: Student ID Number

Password: Passport Number( all in lower case)

Hint: Please change the password after the first time you login.

How to connect

Internet student can use the cable to connect the computer, then use the WIFI “BUAA-WIFI” to visit  http://gw.buaa.edu.cn, input the username and password, and you can surf the internet.

Charge and Top up

Every account can get 1G free flow per month. Beyond this part,you can buy other flow package

Package A: 5 RMB/ 2G

Package B: 10 RMB/5G

Package C: 20RMB/15G

Package D: 30 RMB/30G

Package E: 50RMB/100G

Top up office: G103 New Main Building

Hint:

1. All the packages areeffective immediately, and

2. All packages can stack. For example, if you had run out   the package 10RMB/5G, you can top up 10RMB to make the package become

   20RMB/15G, so you got 10G to use.

3. All the internet charge need student card to top up, and just for your own account.
