International students living in Dayuncun dormitory should comply with the Chinese law and dormitory regulations. Some important rules are as below:

1. Comply with the visitor registration regulations. Visitors must register at the reception desk before entering and exit before 23:00. Overnight stay in dormitory shall be forbidden. (overnight stay of international students in other rooms is also forbidden).

2. Don not keep any dangerous or other forbidden objects in dormitory.

3. Take an active part in anti-drug campaign. Never take or sell drugs. Cherish your life and stay away from drugs.

4. High-power electric appliances (induction cooker, electric oven, etc.) are forbidden in dormitory.

5. Electric bicycle battery shall not be brought into dormitory and battery charging via a temporary wire is forbidden.

6. Keep dormitory clean, and pets are forbidden in dormitory.

7. Keep away from alcohol.

8. Keep quiet in dormitory. Parties, loud music, or sports at night are forbidden.

9. Lock the doors and windows and turn off the taps and electric switches before leaving.

10. Any illegal activities are forbidden.

If any violation of the rules above is found, students will be asked to move out of the dormitory and be reported to their embassy or sponsors. In extreme cases, students’ behavior will be reported to the police.

In order to create a safe and comfortable accommodation for all students, students please pay highly attention to and comply with the rules.
