Current undergraduates and postgraduates who cannot graduate in July 2017 on time are required to apply for the extension at the first week of April. (Undergraduates: Office 208; Postgraduates: Office 211)
The accommodations will not be provided for the students who are in the extension. Students funded by their governments or other institutions are also required to submit their approvals when applying for the extension.

Current CSC students will obtain the monthly subsidy when applying for moving out from the dormitories. (undergraduates or master’s degree students: 700 Yuan; doctoral degree students: 1,000Yuan). The deadline of application will be in January 15, 2017.

The application for collecting the monthly subsidy of CSC students who will move out from the dormitories in spring semester will be started in May 2017.
