The class meeting will be held for all international postgraduates in the School of Electronic Information Engineering. If you can't participate in the meeting, you should inform at least one of your classmates in advance and ask him/her to convey the content of the meeting to you.

The arrangement on the class meeting is as follows:

• The time for the class meeting:8:20-8:50 on October 28th, 2016 (this Friday)

• The place for the class meeting:F708, New Main Building

Contents of the meeting:

1.    Sign in and confirm personal contact details.

2.    Meet with the new student assistant on international postgraduate affair administration.

3.    Announce the results of student groups and settle on group leaders/ monitors.

4.    Explain why we organize a group chat containing all students, how to use the group and the change it brings to the way you deal with your student affairs.
