Notice on International Students Dormitories Adjustment
in 2016 Summer Vacation(1)
Basic Regulation on Dormitories Adjustment
1.All the international students are in the range of Dormitories Adjustment.
2.International students who are living at No.1 Dormitory, Dayuncun No. 8 and No. 10 Dormitory are required to adjust the dormitories.
3.All the Undergraduate students, Chinese Language Training students, Masters will be adjusted to Dayuncun Dormitory. The No.1 Dormitory is only for Doctoral students, students under the official agreement(depends on the available dormitory resource).The Doctoral students living in Dayuncun Dormitory (double room) will not be adjusted.
4.Beihang University does not provide accommodation to students’ relatives (include children). The student will be withdrawn from university if the relatives insist to live in the dormitory.
5.All the rooms in Dayuncun International Students Dormitory are double rooms.
6.Beihang University will no longer provide the accommodation for the students on extension. Undergraduates (over 4 years), Master's (over 3 years) , MASTA students (over 2 years) and Doctoral Degree (over 4 years)
7.The students who will go back to home country in the Summer Vacation, if they settle the personal belongings by themselves, the dormitory fee will be discharged after you sign the Assurance Statement.
8.Two Beihang international students who are couple can share the same room. If only one of the couple is Doctoral student, they can only live in Dayuncun dormitory.
9.The students’ choice about the roommate will be considered. The Undergraduates and Masters will be in different floor in principal.
10.The entire dormitory will be cleaned in this Summer Vacation.
11.The dormitory regulation about students who are suspension, resumptionwill refer to relevant regulations.
12.The dormitory arrangement for Visiting Scholars will accord to the available dormitory resource.
The dormitories adjustment will proceed step by step during June to August. The first adjustment plan will be published on 1stJune.If you have any objection about the regulations above, please come to International School on reception day:
