Notice on Scholarship Students Medical Card

To apply for the Medical Card, the Scholarship students who enrolled in Sept. 2015 please submit a one-inch photo.

Time:

19th Oct. 8:00-12:00 am; 14:00-16:00 pm;

20th Oct. 8:00-12:00 am, 14:00-16:00 pm；

21st Oct. 8:00-12:00am

Place: Office 209 B of International School

Please note that it may take one week to collect the Medical Card.

The current CSC students who want to apply for the medical card should submit the photo and RMB 20Yuan.
