Dear Chinese Government Scholarship students,

1. The deadline of application for resumption in spring semester 2023 is March 15, 2023.

2. The deadline of application for suspension in spring semester 2023 is March 15, 2023.

3. Please note that overdue applications will not be accepted under any circumstances. Ineligible or incomplete applications will not be considered.

4. According to the regulations of the Chiese Government Scholarship Administration, the scholarship eligibility of suspended students will be retained for a maximum of one year starting from the spring semester of 2023. If they fail to resume their studies as scheduled, the scholarship eligibility will not be retained.

All CSC students (including online students, those who have retained their scholarship eligibility and those who have suspended their studies due to epidemic situation) should come back to the campus to take offline class no later than the start of Autumn semester of 2023, after which the scholarship eligibility will not be retained for the above students.

5. All suspension and resumption applications will be examined and approved by the China Scholarship Council.

Please entitle your email in format as Student ID + Suspension or Student ID + Resumption

7.The documents should include:

- Personal statement（less than 400 words with your signature）

- Application of International Students Status Change with Signature by Supervisor and Opinion by School.（Please see attachment）

- For Suspension application due to illness, a hospital diagnosis certificate is also in need.（Please send it along with your application.）
