I. Application Qualification

1. Applicants should meet the requirements of international student enrollment at Beihang University.

2. Applicants should apply for Chinese Government Scholarship - Bilateral program  through the dispatching department of your home country (Type A program).

II. Application Period: Every November to next March in general

III. Application Materials

1. Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship

2. Award Letter for the Chinese Government Scholarship Candidate issued by the dispatching department of your home country  (if any)

3. Passport home page (ordinary passport with the validation until after September of the year of admission)

4. Highest educational certificate. Prospective diploma winners must submit official proof of student status by their current school

5. Academic transcript (with the official seal of the school)

6. Language qualification certificates (if any)

7. Study plan (no less than 800 words, in Chinese or English)

8. Foreigner Physical Examination Form (in Chinese or English). The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the final suggestion or signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. The result is valid for only 6 months.

9.  Non-criminal record report. The applicant shall submit a valid certificate of Non-Criminal Record issued by the local public security authority, usually issued within 6 months prior to the submission date of the application.

* Notarized Chinese or English translations are required for all materials not in Chinese or English.

* The applicant shall be responsible for the authenticity of the materials.

IV. Application Procedure

1. Send the application materials via E-mail to dinglanxi@buaa.edu.cn with the title of "Application for Pre-Admission letter of Chinese Government Scholarship - Bilateral Programs".

2. Failure to submit completed information or application for other types of scholarship programs will not be accepted.

V. Review Basis and Results Notification

1. Beihang University will evaluate the applicants' academic performance, language level, comprehensive quality, academic ability and scientific research results (by interview) according to the relevant enrollment regulations and requirements of the university.

2. The review result will be notified and the scanned copy of the Pre-admission letter will be sent to the successful applicants by email from Beihang University.
