We are pleased to announce the relative arrangement of students dormitory.
1. To Undergraduates:
the Website of International Students Dormitory Application of Beihang University (http://admission.buaa.edu.cn) already received your applications from 2016-07-15 08:00:00 to 2016-07-20 08:00:00, Beijing Time GMT+8. The successful name list has already been determined in the order of booking, and the confirmation letter has been sent to the students via E-mail. Please take the letter (Hard copy or electronic copy) to complete the check-in procedure during the registration day.
Some students, who submit the application little bit late, has been listed in the waiting list, they have to wait until the registration day to see if they have the opportunity to be substituted.
The Foreign Students Dormitory of Beihang can only provide limited number of places for international students, if you do not successfully book a roomin the on-campus apartments (or failed), you need to arrange off-campus accommodation also in advance. We are sorry that currently the University is not able to officially recommend off-campus housing information and housing agencies for your off-campus accommodation.
The university has reserved the dormitory for the Chinese Government Scholarship Students, the students who complete the foundation courses，please contact the international school via E-mail to confirm the date of check-in the students dormitory.

2. To Postgraduates:
The university has reserved the dormitory for the Chinese Government Scholarship Students, so the Government Scholarship Students do not need to apply the dormitory (exclude a few students, who has been informed by the International School when they were admitted, that the university will not provide accommodation). Master Candidate: Double room; Doctoral Candidate: Single room.
The self-supported postgraduate students (included the students who enjoy the tuition waiver of Beihang Scholarship) will not be arranged the accommodation in the on-campus dormitories, please arrange off-campus accommodation also in advance.
Note: A few students, who has been informed by the International School, and confirmed that: the university will not provide the accommodation for them, as a conditional offer; please arrange off-campus accommodation also in advance.
3. To Visiting Scholars
The visiting Scholars (included exchange students) who has booked the students dormitory will be arranged the double room.
4. Date of Check-in:
The earliest date of check-in as follow:
For undergraduates: 5th Sept. 2016
For postgraduates and visiting scholars: 3rd Sept. 2016
The students who arrive early should find accommodation off campus or hotel in advance for temporary stay.
Please pay high attention:
If you are to arrive delay (later than 17:00, 8th Sept. 2016), you must write a letter to the International School, informing the staffs of your late arrival and its reasons and be approved, otherwise your dormitory reservation will be canceled (including the Chinese Government Students)
5. Fee
500 CNY (Cash) will be charged as deposit during check-in. The deposit will be returned to the students at check-out if all the equipment and furniture in the room are in good condition.
The accommodation fee should be paid through the Debit card/Credit Card with ‘UnionPay’ sign only. Cash is not accepted.
Accommodation fee is charged on a semester basis. Only Bank cards with “Union Pay” sign are accepted.
International School has the right to allocate the rooms and adjust the cost according to the actual situation.
