Summer vacation 2018 for undergraduates will start on July 9 and end on September 9, 2018. New semester will start on September 10, 2018. Summer vacation 2018 for postgraduates will start on July 16 and end on August 29, 2018, the detailed schedule should be followed by the arrangement of your supervisor.

The current students with CSC scholarship are required to do the CSC annual registration at Office 207 of International School from Sept. 10 to Sept. 13, the students who failed to complete the CSC annual registration will be cancelled the qualification of CSC scholarship 2018-2019.

We sincerely hope everybody will have a good vacation, and would like to call your attention to the following important information:

1. Please register your Personal Information in Summer Vacation before July 9 at "Quick Access Site for International Students" (http://admission.buaa.edu.cn/study). Username: Student ID, Initial Password: Student ID (case - sensitive).

2. Office hours of the International School during the summer vacation:

Normal office hours, July 4 to July 15, August 30 to September 9.

8:30-11:30 a.m., 2:30-4:30 p.m., July 16 to August 29 (Except Saturday and Sunday)

During the summer vacation, the classrooms in the International School will be closed.

3. Visa and Residence Permit Extension Hour: 9:00 – 11:00 a.m., Tuesday and Friday

Students should pay high attention to the expiration dates of passport and Residence Permit and go through extension procedures 30 DAYs ahead.

Self-supported students should show the tuition receipt for next academic year, exchange students should show the proof of exchange study extension issued by your host university.

4. International School wants to call your attention to traffic safety, personal safety as well as the property safety during the summer vacation. The advice is as follows:

(1) Abide by the Chinese laws, the regulations of Beihang University and Foreign Students Dormitory. Overnight staying in dormitory for your visitors is strictly prohibited. Alcohol is strictly prohibited. The use of high-power electrical appliances is strictly prohibited (induction cooker, electric oven, etc.) And keep quiet and clean in your dorm.

(2) Never use nor sell drugs. Cherish life and stay away from drugs.

(3) Close doors and windows and turned off the water and electricity before leaving.

(4) Take good care of your identity documents (e.g. passport, student card, etc.) and the personal belongings.

(5) It is forbidden to buy or ride motor bicycles or electric bicycles exceeding the allowed standard.

(6) Keep away from crowded areas or other places with poor public security (e.g. WuDaoKou, SanLiTun Village, Houhai).

(7) In case of emergency, please dial 010-82317110 for the Security Department of the university or 110 for the police, and contact the International School.
