In order to make the dormitory management more standardized and to create a warm and comfortable living environment for the students, the International School united Zhongwan Zhidi Property Management Company of Dayuncun to publish the dormitory regulations as follows, and these regulations will come into effect on January 10th, 2018:
1. Visitors didn’t register at the reception desk before entering or enter directly with the absence of staff. Visitors stay after 23:00 or overnight staying in dormitory (including the students who live in other rooms of this dormitory).
2. Possessing any prohibited goods in the dormitory (including but not limited to inflammable, explosive, dangerous, poisonous, corrosive goods or drugs, etc.).
3. Acts of constituting a fire hazard and endangering public security (including the use of induction cooker, electric oven and other high-power electrical appliances, charging electric bicycles indoor, covering smoke sensors, circuit modification, lighting fireworks and firecrackers, using open fire, burning things, etc.).
4. Making dormitory in a mess, and raising pets.
5. Being drunk in dormitory.
6. Making a lot of noise in the dormitory or whole Dayuncun region, like holding parties, playing music with big volume, or playing ball games, etc.
7. Any criminal behavior.
8. High-altitude falling objects. Placing or hanging articles outside the window.
9. Lending or renting the bed to other person. Resisting the arrangement of other students to move in for any reason.
10. Resisting inspection and confiscation of prohibited goods for any reason.
If students violate any of the above regulations:
For the first time, they will receive a written warning and put on record.
Once again, they will be asked to move out from dormitory and be reported to their embassies or sponsors.
In order to establish a comfortable accommodation, please pay high attention.
