Winter vacation 2018 will start on January 29 and end on March 4, 2018. New semester will start on March 5, 2018.
We sincerely hope everybody will have a good vacation, and would like to call your attention to the following important information:

1. Please register your Personal Information in Winter Vacation before January 19 at "Quick Access Site for International Students" (http://admission.buaa.edu.cn/study). Username: Student ID, Initial Password: Student ID (case - sensitive).

2. The students supported by CSC are required to complete the CSC registration of new semester at Office 207 of International School from March 5 to March 7, 2018. Otherwise, the monthly allowance will be cancelled.

3. Office hours of the International School during the winter vacation:
Normal office hours, January 29 to 30, February 28, March 1 to 2.
8:30-11:30 a.m., 2:00-4:00 p.m., January 31 to February 27 (Except Saturday, Sunday and the Spring Festival holidays)
During the winter vacation, the classrooms in the International School will be closed.

4. Visa and Residence Permit Extension Hour:
9:00 – 11:00 a.m., Tuesday and Friday (Except February 16 and February 20)
Students should pay high attention to the expiration dates of passport and Residence Permit and go through extension procedures 30 DAYs ahead.

5. International School wants to call your attention to traffic safety, personal safety as well as the property safety during the winter vacation. The advice is as follows:
(1) Abide by the Chinese laws, the regulations of Beihang University and Foreign Students Dormitory. Overnight staying in dormitory for your visitors is strictly prohibited. Don’t be drunk. The use of high-power electrical appliances is strictly prohibited (induction cooker, electric oven, etc.) And keep quiet and clean in your dorm.
(2) Never use nor sell drugs. Cherish life and stay away from drugs.
(3) Close doors and windows and turned off the water and electricity before leaving.
(4) Take good care of your identity documents (e.g. passport, student card, etc.) and the personal belongings.
(5) It is forbidden to buy or ride motor bicycles or electric bicycles exceeding the allowed standard.
(6) Keep away from crowded areas or other places with poor public security (e.g. WuDaoKou, SanLiTun Village, Houhai).
(7) Do not set off fireworks and please keep away from the fireworks area during the Spring Festival.
(8) In case of emergency, please dial 010-82317110 for the Security Department of the university or 110 for the police, and contact the International School.
