Tutor Project Application 2017 will be officially launched. All current students who have been studying in Beihang can apply for the Tutoring.

This project aims to:

■ help students to acquire comprehension skills and decipher concepts before the situation becomes too stressful when starting the University.

■ give the opportunity for new students to take as much time as they need to understand the subjects in front of them.

■ create a safe space for students to discuss issues that might be affecting their ability to learn. This can enhance their feelings of self-worth and esteem as well as bolster up their skills at University.

■ tutor students in their strong subjects, as well as their weaker ones. This helps to build confidence that will support their across-the-board learning in all subjects.

■ reduce the individual differences in knowledge between school and University that might make it harder for the students to learn if they have moved to a new country.

■ help the students to perform up to his best in different subjects through their first years at University.

The offered subjects are:

■  Advanced Mathematics I

■  Advanced Mathematics II

■  Physics for Scientist and Engineers I

■  Physics for Scientist and Engineers II

■  C++ Programming

■  Matlab Programming

■  Python Programming

■  Java Programming

Through a very careful competition process, we have selected the Tutors that will help you to ace your subjects.

Application duration: from October 20 to October 26, 2017.

Application procedure:

1. Download and fill (by computer) the TUTOR PROJECT APPLICATION FORM located at the bottom of this notice.

2. Complete your information selecting the topic that you want to study or reinforce.

3. Scan the QR code located in the TUTOR PROJECT APPLICATION FORM 2017.

4. Submit the form to Office 213, International School.

The deadline for the application is October 26, 2017.
