1.According to the International Students Dormitories Adjustment Regulation by International School, Beihang University will no longer provide accommodation for students on extension: Undergraduates (over 4 years), Master's (over 3 years), MASTA students (over 2 years) and Doctoral Degree (over 4 years).

(1) The students who are Undergraduates (over 4 academic years), please check out the dormitory before 30th, June, 2017.

(2) The students who are Master students (over 3 academic years) and Doctoral students (over 4 academic years) please check out the dormitory before 10th July, 2017.

(3) The learning period above does not include the Elementary Chinese Study prior to the Major Study.

(4) International School will consider the student who haven’t check out on time as withdrawal and the Visa/Residence Permit will not be extended.

2. The university will continue to transform a part of the rooms into double room in No. 1 Student Dormitory during the summer vacation of 2017.

International students who are living at No.1 Dormitory (Doctoral students and students under the official agreement), are required to adjust the rooms. Those students who abide the adjustment will continue to keep the single rooms for academic year 2017-2018.

The dormitories adjustment will proceed step by step during June to August. The first adjustment plan will be published on 1stJune.

3. The university will not provide the single room to new students (including doctoral candidates) from this date. Only the double room will be considered.
