Notice on International Students Dormitories Adjustment in 2016 Summer Vacation (3)

（Applying for discharging the dormitory fee during the Summer Vacation）

According to the International School “2016 International Students Dormitories Adjustment Regulation”, the students living in No.8 and No.10 Building of Dayuncun Dormitory,who will go back to home country in the Summer Vacation and move out all the personal belongings in dormitory can apply for discharging the dormitory fee of summer vacation. The requirements are as follows:

1. Students should leave dormitory and clean all the fee (water and electricity) before 5^th, July, 2016. Also, the students need to settle the storage of personal belongings.(Beihang does not provide the storage place )

2. Students should not return to Beihang University until 1^st, September, 2016. When back to the university, the students will check in the new arranged dormitory.

The students who accord with the 2 requirements above can apply for discharging for 2 months-dormitory fee in Dayuncun Property Management Office (Room 304, No. 10 BLDG). (If students have already paid the dormitory fee in July and August, the university will postpone 2 month- dormitory fee.)

Application Deadline: 7th, June, 2016.
