Youth of Excellence Scheme of China Program Chinese Government Scholarship aims to cultivate global governance talents with broad international vision, excellent comprehensive quality, outstanding leadership and cross-cultural background. Two master’s degree programs at Beihang University have been successfully selected to support in 2023, that's “Technology, Law and Governance” Program and Executive Master of Global Outstanding Management Talents in China Program. The application for 2023 Youth of Excellence Scheme of China Program Chinese Government Scholarship at Beihang University has launched now.

The application procedure is as follows: the applicants apply to Beihang University for pre-admission letter; Beihang will provide pre-admission letters to qualified applicants; the applicants submit the online application to the China Scholarship Council (CSC); the China Scholarship Council (CSC) will review and select the best candidates.

Application deadline: April 30, 2023.
