Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays in 2024 are coming. According to the Beihang University Activity schedule, the 62nd Sports Meeting for teachers and students will be held from October 18 to 19, and Beihang 72nd Anniversary Celebration will be held on October 26.

Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day and Beihang University Activity Day related holiday 2024 starts from September 14 to September 17, from October 1 to October 8, 2024. During the holiday, all the courses will be canceled. Academic schedule on September 29, October 12, October 18, October 19 and October 26, 2024 will be carried out according to the timetable normally.

The International School reminds all students to pay attention to health and personal safety during the holiday. Please make reasonable arrangements for your personal study and research. Here are specific reminders:

(1) Students leaving Beijing must report their travel plans via the university’s mini program or 智慧北航APP. Graduate students should also inform their advisors during the reporting process. Before leaving, ensure that dormitory doors and windows are securely closed, disconnect all electrical appliances, and be vigilant about fire prevention and theft.

(2) Travel Safety: Comply with all local laws and regulations, refuse to ride vehicles without a valid operation license to prevent unwanted incidents. Avoid traveling to areas with little safety facilities or with no rescue personnel or lifeguards. Refrain from engaging in outdoor activities like mountain climbing or hiking in locations without safety guidelines to prevent accidents. It is not allowed to organize activities in the name of a collective.without approval.

(3) Strictly adhere to university and student dormitory regulations. Avoid staying out late or hosting guests of the opposite sex in dormitories. Abstain from gambling, excessive drinking, or using high power electrical appliances such as electric cooking stoves or microwaves in the room. Keep the dormitory tidy at all times.

(4) Beware of telecom and online fraud. Install the "全民反诈" APP, to protect personal privacy and cultivate good payment habits.

(5) Abide all Chinese laws and regulations. Avoid drug use and trafficking. Do not ride or drive motorcycles or oversized electric vehicles.
