Dear Chinese Government Scholarship students,

According to the regulations of China Scholarship Council, All Chinese government scholarship students who register on campus in the 2025/2026 academic year are required to complete the annual registration. Please read the following notice carefully and complete the registration under the specified time and requirements accordingly.

Please note that: before registration, students must purchase the "Comprehensive Medical Insurance" for the 2025-2026 academic year on their own (select the insurance plan with an annual premium of 800 RMB, insurance coverage period is one year. For specific purchase procedures, please refer to the attached " How to Get Insurance: A Step-by-Step Guide"). After the successful purchase of the insurance, the premium paid will be refunded to the student's bank account together with the living allowance. 

1.Register via the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/

2.Deadline: September 30, 2025

3.Registration method:

(1) How to log in. Please choose “Login with CSC No.” use your CSC number (13-digit number & letter combination, not the serial number) as the user ID, and use the password when you apply. Please do not try to use email to log in or create new account to log in.

(2) In the "Registration" column, check and confirm your information, and click the Confirm button to complete the registration.

If you forget your CSC number, please check your admission notice. If you forget the password, please follow the instruction in system and reset it.

4.Registration requirement:

-Important dates：All students must log in the system and complete your registration NO later than September 30.

-The students who need to register in system include all Chinese government scholarship students who register on campus in the 2025/2026 academic year.

-Please check your information carefully when you complete the registration. If your passport information is updated, please send the application for updating passport information to is_office@buaa.edu.cn via email.

-Students who plan to apply for resumption should first contact your grade advisor and complete the application for resumption of study.

-The International School will review the insurance purchase information and registration information, students who fail to purchase the insurance or do not participate in the on campus monthly registration for no reason will not pass the review and will not be able to complete the annual registration.
