Lu DENG joined the School in 2010, and he was a postdoctoral research staff of the Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2010-2011.
Lu DENG delivers the courses of Financial Management and Mergers and Reorganization for undergraduate students, Advanced Financial Management and The Frontier of Corporate Finance for Research Postgraduate Program, Corporate Finance, Stock Market and Capital Operation and Financial Statement Analysis for MBA studentsand Professional Accounting Program (MPAcc), and Corporate Valuation and Financial Statement Analysis and Stock Market and Capital Operation for the EMBA program.
Lu DENG’s researching areas are Corporate Finance and Stock Market, Behavioral Finance, Accounting Information and Corporate Governance. His more than 30 papers have been published in International Review of Economics and Finance, Applied Economics Letters, Management World, Accounting Research, China Industrial Economics, System Engineering Theory and Practice and other top journals in China. Also, more than 10 cases written by him awarded or collected by national MBA or MPAcc or MSc of Finance Program. Besides, Lu DENG has undertaken 4 research projects sponsored by the National Natural Science Foundation of China or the National Education Ministry of P. R.
Lu DENG now is the independent director of Zhuhai Orbita Control Enginerring Co., Ltd. and Beijing Zed-3 Technologies Co., Ltd.
